Charlie was the contractor/builder for the construction of Rhema Bible Church auditorium (RCA). a $20 million, 250,000 sq. ft. building.  The building, which was started in September 1990 and completed in March 1992, earned the 1992 "Building of the Year" award from the Metal Building Manufacturers Association (MBMA).  The building contains many innovative, unique freatures, which some said could not be done.  However, under Charlie's oversight, not only was every unusual aspect accomplished sucessfully, but the building was completed on schedule and on budget.  Charlie does a quality job on everything he undertakes for us.  We recommend him highly for his skills, integrity, and professionalism.
